SHIPPING
Our magical collection is curated from various artisans across Obsidia Valley and is therefore shipped from several locations. We partner with reliable artisans and shipping services to ensure your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Shipping Time: Our standard shipping usually takes between 10-20 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
International Shipping: We do ship internationally, but please note that shipping times can vary significantly based on your location and local customs procedures.
Please note, due to the nature of our unique and handcrafted items, there may be slight variations and delays during peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always communicate any major changes to you.
RETURNS
At Penelope Blakk, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not 100% enchanted with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 30 days from the date you received your items to make a return. The items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@penelopeblakk.com.

SHIPPING
Processing Time: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be prepared and processed, as I take the utmost care to ensure your items are crafted to the highest standards and packed securely.
Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time for your order is 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
International Shipping: I am thrilled to share the magic of the Penelope Blakk Collection worldwide. Please be aware that shipping times can vary significantly based on your location and local customs procedures.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you find any issue with your purchase, I am here to resolve it.
Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, returned items must be in the original condition.
